Perusahaan milik sendiri (sole proprietorship), bentuk usaha yang dimiliki dan dikelola sendiri oleh seseorang. Persekutuan (partnership), suatu kerjasama (aosiasi) dua orang atau lebih yang secara bersama-sama menjalankan usaha bersama.
